Carlos J. Bernardos and experts present the Future of 5G and other disruptive technologies at the APTE Webinar
Carlos J. Bernardos, Professor of Telecommunications Engineering at the Carlos III University of Madrid, was one of the main speakers at a recent webinar organized by the Spanish Association of Science and Technology Parks (APTE), focused on the disruptive technologies that are transforming various sectors. The event brought together prominent experts who analyzed the impact and future of technologies such as Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Quantum Computing, 5G, Artificial Intelligence – Big Data, and Digital Accessibility.
Durante su intervención, Carlos J. Bernardos presentó la ponencia «Prospectivas de futuro: 5G», en la que expuso los avances actuales y las oportunidades que el 5G traerá a distintos sectores, incluyendo los desarrollos en los que estamos trabajando dentro del proyecto 6G-DATADRIVEN del programa UNICO I+D 6G. Su análisis incluyó ejemplos prácticos que ilustraron el potencial del 5G como motor de la transformación digital, especialmente en áreas como la conectividad masiva, la automatización y el Internet de las Cosas (IoT).
