Carlos J. Bernardos and experts present the Future of 5G and other disruptive technologies at the APTE Webinar
Carlos J. Bernardos, Professor of Telecommunications Engineering at the Carlos III University of Madrid, was one of the main speakers at a recent webinar organized by the Spanish Association of Science and Technology Parks (APTE), focused on the disruptive technologies that are transforming various sectors. The event brought together prominent experts who analyzed the impact and future of technologies such as Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Quantum Computing, 5G, Artificial Intelligence – Big Data, and Digital Accessibility.
During his presentation, Carlos J. Bernardos delivered the talk “Future Outlooks: 5G,” where he discussed current advancements and the opportunities that 5G will bring to different sectors, including developments in which we are working within the 6G-DATADRIVEN project of the UNICO I+D 6G program. His analysis included practical examples that illustrated the potential of 5G as a driving force for digital transformation, particularly in areas such as massive connectivity, automation, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
