6G-DATADRIVEN-04 in “Interim Steps: 6G Standardization Requirements” Event
In the ever-evolving landscape of telecommunications, the journey from 5G to 6G is not merely a technological advancement but a strategic imperative. Recently, in the second event of the pre-standardization series organized by Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking (SNS JU) in collaboration with HSbooster.eu and ETSI, Carlos Jesus Bernardos presented the success story of the "Extensions to wireless DetNet," a pivotal contribution from the 6G-DATADRIVEN-04 and PREDICT-6G.
This event, “Interim Steps: 6G Standardization Requirements”, took place on April 9, 2024, at 11 am CEST, as part of the IAFA initiative. It underscores the critical role of collaborative efforts in shaping the future of telecommunications. The participation of R&I projects like 5G EPICENTRE, PREDICT-6G and Int5Gent highlights the collective drive towards defining the standardization requirements for 6G technologies.
The next event in the series, focusing on "Next Steps: 6G Trials & Testing," is scheduled for May 13, 2024, further solidifying the commitment towards shaping the future of telecommunications.
